This place was absolutely amazing. It felt more like a home than a hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful, every single one of them. By the end of my stay I knew all their names, and they helped me with everything I needed. The fact that you would get free water bottles everyday, and water is available on every floor was a blessing. The breakfast was really good too! Coffee and Juice available around the clock. OXXO and Guadalajara pharmacy is right next door open 24/7 for anything you need. Honestly one of my favorite places. TV, desk, chair - excellent. Rooms in general are clean big and modern / bathroom is nice too.

We love that the staff is very caring, respectful and look out for how you day to day is going particularly Selene. An awesome Front desk/Concierge. We were happy to have had assistance with reservations and direction for the family's first trip to Altabrisa.
